With the support of his team of Service Engineers, he will ensure your air conditioning system is serviced and maintained regularly. In the unlikely event of any problems with your air conditioning equipment, he will arrange repairs quickly and efficiently. If you require a Maintenance Agreement with West Mercia, Matt will design a bespoke package to suit your requirements at very competitive prices.
All equipment data is kept electronically, which means that as well as being environmentally conscious, we can easily access previous reports and system history, including important documents such as F-Gas certificates. We can email these documents to you at your request or alternatively you can log into our secure database to retrieve your information as and when you require.
We have maintenance agreements in place with companies large and small, across the country. No matter how big or small, we have units to suit all sizes and purposes.
